PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed the same day if placed before 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location within the UK)

SHIPPING COSTS
FREE shipping on all orders over £50.
Orders under £50 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery at any time.

MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please do not hesitate to contact us at our email and we will look into it straight away.
